"Cosmic Ill" — is the 5th album of the young, but efficient Kyiv project named Ambelion.

This conceptual disc (as it turns out from its name) is dedicated to cosmic ill theme: extraterrestrial viruses, cosmic mutations, forced cloning…

Considering quite sophisticated structure and intense sounding with the elements of microwave, noise and musique concrete, one can hardly call this music simply "electronic" or at least "dance".

Everything is more difficult: created in real time (and without programming a sequencer), these unreliable and unstable compositions are literally "tearing themselves away" from the grip of ordinariness, rationalism and logical predictability. The very try to break these annoying stereotypes of modern electronic music makes the main adventure of this innovative record.

No doubt that "Cosmic Ill" with all its ambiguity and arguebility is an exceptional phenomenon in discography of Ambelion as well as in mainstream "electronic" production.

Is it the music of XXI century? Maybe. Is it an album for curious and searching? For sure.
